IEA response to planned EU commercial policy measures under the WTO DSU

The Irish Exporters Association (IEA) welcomes the European Commission’s DirectorateGeneral for Trade’s (DG TRADE) invitation to submit to its information gathering under Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulation regarding planned EU commercial policy measures further to the adjudication of a trade dispute with the United States on Measures Affecting Trade in Large Civil Aircraft under the World Trade Organisation’s (WTO) Dispute Settlement Understanding DSU.

The Irish Exporters Association’s submission has been drafted in consultation with the IEA National Council and IEA members importing goods from the United States.
