Document Review
Send us your document. We review it to confirm it’s complete and accurate. If notarisation is required, we arrange for a certified notary public in Ireland to authenticate it.
DFA Submissions
We submit your document to the Consular Services section of the Department of Foreign Affairs on your behalf. The DFA verifies signatures and attaches the required authentication certificate.
Apostille
For countries that are signatories to the Hague Convention, we obtain an apostille from the DFA. This simplifies international recognition of your document.
Chamber of Commerce Certification
For commercial documents, we obtain the necessary certification from the relevant local Chamber of Commerce.
Embassy Legalisation
After DFA authentication, we manage additional legalisation required by the embassy or consulate of your destination country. Each country has specific requirements, and we know exactly what’s needed.
