Cork Airport announce €10 million in funding to rebuild main runway

On July 12, Cork Airport announced that it had awarded the main construction contract for the rebuilding of the airport’s main runway to Colas Limited. Minister of State Hildegarde Naughton TD was on site at the airport for the announcement, of which €10 million will come from Government to fund the critical project.
